      Daniel Chotard Sancerre “Tradition” 2023 is a refined Pinot Noir from the Sancerre appellation, showcasing the region’s ability to produce delicate yet characterful red wines. The vines grow on limestone and clay soils around Reigny, contributing freshness, minerality, and an elegant structure. The 2023 vintage highlights vibrant fruit and excellent balance.
      Tasting notes

      The nose reveals red berries—cherry, raspberry, and red currant—alongside subtle floral and earthy notes. On the palate, it is light and juicy, with soft tannins, fresh acidity, and a clean, fruit-driven finish. Light to medium-bodied, with notable elegance and a gentle mineral touch.

      Pairing

      Pairs beautifully with poultry, especially duck and chicken, as well as light meat dishes and mushroom-based recipes. Its freshness and soft tannins also make it suitable for soft cheeses and even certain fish dishes like tuna or salmon.
