      Dal Forno Romano Amarone della Valpolicella 2016 is a dry red wine from the prestigious Valpolicella region in Veneto, Italy. Crafted from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta grapes, this Amarone exemplifies the estate’s meticulous approach to winemaking and its commitment to expressing the unique terroir.       Tasting notes

      The bouquet opens with rich aromas of black cherries, dried plums, figs, dark chocolate, and tobacco. On the palate, it reveals remarkable depth, combining layers of ripe dark fruit with notes of licorice, spices, and balsamic hints. Firm tannins and a long, structured finish suggest great aging potential, making it a wine of both power and finesse.

      Pairing
