Avignonesi Toscana IGT Desiderio 2020 is a dry red wine crafted from predominantly Merlot grapes, sourced from the esteemed Toscana region in Italy. Winery named after the first owners - the Avignonesi family. Since its foundation, it has experienced an exciting journey. Virginia Saverisa acquired the Avignonesi distillery in 2009. Avignonesi has become a leader in biodynamic viticulture in Italy. Since its acquisition, and thanks to Virginia's respect for the ecosystem, its employees and end consumers, the winery has begun to produce and make organic wines that are truly authentic in their origins.

Avignonesi Toscana IGT Desiderio 2020 reveals an intense bouquet of ripe blackberries, plums, and dark cherries, layered with hints of violet, mocha, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, offering a rich concentration of dark fruit flavors, refined tannins, and a touch of toasted oak. The finish is long and elegant, with lingering notes of cocoa, vanilla, and a whisper of Mediterranean herbs.
