The Agrapart “Minéral” 2019 is a striking Blanc de Blancs Champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in Avize and Cramant, both Grand Cru villages with pure chalk soils. This Extra-Brut cuvée showcases sharp definition, tension, and mineral purity—crafted without malolactic fermentation to preserve its crystalline freshness and age-worthy structure.
Tasting notes
Aromas of sea spray, chalk dust, citrus peel, green apple, and lightly toasted bread. On the palate, it is taut, laser-focused, and structured, with racy acidity, very low dosage (Extra-Brut), and a long, saline finish. A wine of precision and tension, with remarkable aging potential.
Pairing
An ideal match for oysters, sea urchin, sashimi, or any pristine seafood dishes. The wine’s chalky salinity and razor-sharp acidity cut through raw textures and elevate the subtlety of ocean flavors. A Champagne made for the table, not just the toast.

Blanc de Blancs is a white champagne made only from white grapes, mainly Chardonnay. Champagne style can vary from light and crisp wines to creamy and rich examples.

The Champagne region combines specific climate, soil, and topography conditions that form a unique terroir currently used by approx. 15 000 vine-growers and 300 wine houses. The region has 4 sub-regions - Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Bar. Each provides customers with a different style of sparkling wine. The dominant grapes are Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier which are mainly used in Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, while Chardonnay shows excellent results in Côte des Blancs. The region is even more appealing because of the so-called "Growe's Champagne" wines, the production of which is overseen by one family from start to finish - they grow and press grapes, make wine, and bottle it in the territory of one wine house. This gives the wine a true charm, aura, and unique flavor.
