Pick up Your Order at The Store

If you prefer to pick up your order in the store, just let us know by phone at +371 20102020 or e-mail shop@noblewine.lv, you can also choose the option “pick up at the store” when placing an order on the Internet.

Preparation of the order is usually ready on the next work day if the order is placed before 4 pm. Our employee will contact you to confirm readiness and time of receipt.

Same Day Delivery

If you need urgent delivery of your order on the same work day when you placed your order, please call Noble Wine at +371 20102020 or write to info@noblewine.lv. We will try to find a way to deliver it on the same work day.

Contactless Delivery

We also offer contactless delivery.

Our Packaging

All packaging we use in Noble Wine is completely recyclable or biodegradable. Bottles are packed in cardboard boxes with double walls, special for transportation of wine. This ensures that your bottles arrive safe and sound.

Delivery in Riga

Delivery takes place with Venipak within 2 – 3 working days. We offer free delivery in Riga and its immediate surroundings for orders over 100 euros.

Delivery in Latvia

The delivery fee throughout Latvia outside of Riga and its surroundings starts from 7.70 euros. Orders are delivered by the company Venipack within 2 – 3 working days.

Delivery in Europe

Delivery to Europe is carried out by Venipack. We offer both standard shipping (3-6 business days depending on destination) and express shipping (1-2 business days) to European destinations.

Orders shipped to non-EU European countries such as Norway, Iceland and Switzerland may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in the destination country. Once the goods arrive at customs, Venipack will contact you to pay the required fees.

Please note that according to our terms and conditions, Noble Wine is not responsible for the actions of foreign customs authorities and it is strongly recommended that you contact local customs before purchasing.

Damaged Goods

If your purchase is broken or damaged during transportation, take a photo of its contents, put the parcel aside and contact the Noble Wine team by phone +371 20102020 or by email info@noblewine.lv.

Errors and lost orders

If you have received your order, but there is no product in it or the wrong product is attached, leave the package and contact the Noble Wine team by phone +371 20102020 or send detailed information by e-mail info@noblewine.lv.
