Producer

Marolo Grappa is a distinguished producer based in Alba, in the heart of Italy's Piedmont region, renowned for its exceptional grappas distilled from premium grape pomaces of the most esteemed local vineyards. Founded by Paolo Marolo in 1977, the distillery combines traditional distillation techniques with innovative methods to create grappas of extraordinary quality and complexity, reflecting the rich viticultural heritage of the area.
