Tasting notes

The nose offers fresh pear, apple, honey, and light floral notes, complemented by subtle oak. On the palate, it is smooth and well-balanced, with sweet fruitiness, hints of vanilla, and a touch of spice. The finish is clean and medium-length, with a warm, pleasant sweetness. Light to medium-bodied, exceptionally smooth and accessible.

Pairing

Ideal as a digestif, it also pairs well with light desserts such as apple pie or vanilla custard, where the whisky’s fruity and vanilla notes enhance the sweetness. It can also be enjoyed with soft cheeses or nuts, which highlight its gentle character.
