Trained in Bordeaux, Bressan has been producing wine on the family estate since the mid-1990s. But his approach is different from common practice. "

Schioppettino is a dark-skinned grape variety. Usually Schioppettino wines have medium body, deep ruby color, aromatic nose (violets and red cherries, chokeberries) and spicy on the palate (peppery).
