Riesling is a light-skinned, aromatic white grape and its wine range is very wide. Riesling can produce very fresh and crispy whites, with vivid acidity and aromatic notes of green apple and lime, or sweet late harvest wines with flavors of overripe peach and apricot, complimented with hits of honey and toffe.
