"In the middle of the Provence region, between the communes of Lorgues and Draguignan, one of the oldest wineries in France" Château Roubine ". The estate covers 320 acres, and the grapes grow on 178 acres. The winery optimally combines but the latest technology and scrupulous requirements for the care of grapes. "

Carignan prefers warm, dry climates when the grape can express intensive tannins, acidity and color. Carignan is only rarely made as a varietal wine, but the best examples can exibit notes of dark berries and black fruits, pepper, licorice and spicy accents.

Provence is a wine-growing region in the remote southeastern part of France, best known for its quality rose wines and warm, mild climate.
