Wine set for meat dishes
The combination of red wine with meat dishes does not raise any questions for anyone. The bright and rich taste of red tannin wines gives juiciness to meat dishes, enveloping them with their velvety structure.
In this set, six different styles of red wines are selected, but each in its own way is able to emphasize the taste of meat. Bordeaux wine Château la Mothe du Barry from old Merlot vines is better for light meats, Italian wine from Barbera d’Alba for stews, for lamb we recommend tart Spanish wine from the Ribera del Duero region, for beef – Austrian Blaufränkisch, and For grilled meats, take the natural Primitivo.
