A Blanc de Noirs champagne ,made with the Traditional method.
Made from wines from the Côte des Bars, the vines are 25 years old on average. The vineyard is naturally grassed to promote microbial life in the soil. The harvest is manual with a strict selection of the bunches and expectation of an optimal maturity, of a high natural degree for successful aromas. Fermentation happens in old burgundian barrels, that’s a staple for Dosnon champagne, after bottling they leave the wine on the lees for 2 years and after disgorgement add no sugar that gives its name Zero Dosage.
The final wine is the pure nature of Côte des Bars Pinot Noir. The wine displays a very clear and fine bouquet of white and red fruits, red apples and spicy terroir aromas, offering a refreshing and stimulating character on both the nose and palate.
