Tyrrell’s Semillon Hunter Valley 2025 is a classic expression of Hunter Valley Semillon, showcasing the region's distinctive style. Produced from 100% Semillon sourced from carefully selected vineyards, the wine is renowned for its naturally low alcohol, vibrant acidity, and pure citrus-driven character. Fermented exclusively in stainless steel without any oak influence, it preserves the freshness and precision for which Hunter Valley Semillon is famous. In its youth, the wine displays bright lime and lemon flavours, while bottle ageing gradually develops complex notes of honey, beeswax, and toast, making this one of the world's most age-worthy white wine styles.
The nose reveals aromas of lime, lemon zest, green apple, and lemongrass, complemented by white blossom and subtle chalky minerality.
