Wine Searcher review
A DOCG Prosecco Superiore from Conte Collalto, made from 100 % Glera grapes in the Conegliano‑Valdobbiadene region. The 2024 vintage was fermented and aged 3–6 months on lees in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a clear mineral profile and balanced off-dry sweetness. Extra Dry style (12–17 g/L residual sugar) delivers elegance and freshness, offering excellent value.
Clear pale golden color with fine mousse. Aromas of lemon, quince paste, yellow plums, and a hint of honeyed sweetness. On the palate — fresh, balanced, and lightly sweet with vibrant acidity and mineral undertones, finishing long and pleasantly off-dry.
Perfect as an aperitif with oysters, shellfish, or freshwater fish. Also pairs delightfully with pasta, creamy risotto, and light seafood dishes.
