A high-strength (70 % ABV) absinthe produced by Czech distiller R. Jelinek. Classified as Bohemian-style absinthe, it's made via a “cold-mixed” method—mixing alcohol with aromatic extracts rather than traditional distillation. It contains essential oils from wormwood, anise, fennel, and coriander, creating a layered flavor and aroma profile—ideal for those seeking an intense absinthe experience in a Czech stylistic vein.

Tasting notes

Intensely aromatic: prominent wormwood (wormwood), anise, and fennel notes, supplemented by coriander. The palate is rich and balanced with full-bodied flavor depth and the warming power of 70 % ABV.

Pairing

Traditionally enjoyed with cold water and a sugar cube, but also works well in classic cocktails or as an aperitif.
